NOVO COSMO
INGREDIENTS:
- 5cl Vodka
- 3cl Rhubarb saft
- 3cl lemon juice
- 0.5cl vanilla syrup
METHOD: shake and fine strain
GLASSWARE: coupe glass
ICE: n/a
GARNISH: lemon zest
KOLDSKAL FLIP
INGREDIENTS:
- 5cl Vodka
- 4cl Kærnemælk
- 3cl lemon juice
- 3cl vanilla syrup
- 1 egg yolk (use the egg white for Old Nordic!)
METHOD: shake
GLASSWARE: beer glass
ICE: cubed ice
GARNISH: whip cream with kammerjunkere crumbles and a strawberry on top
OLD NORDIC
INGREDIENTS:
- 4cl Vodka
- 0.5cl Gammel Dansk
- 2cl lime
- 2cl liquorice syrup
- Eggwhite of 1 egg (optional)
- 8-10 Mint leaves
- Sparkling wine to top
METHOD: shake, fine strain and top up with bubbles

ICE: n/a
GARNISH: mint spring or leaf on top
ROSMARTINI
INGREDIENTS:
- 4cl Vodka
- 3cl Lillet rose
- A small branch of rosmary
METHOD: shake all ingredients and strain into glass

GARNISH: a branch of rosemary in glass
HERBAL TONIC
INGREDIENTS:
- 4cl Vodka
- 2cl lime juice
- 2cl sugar syrup
- 5 slices of cucumber
- 8-10 leaves of fresh basil
METHOD: shake all ingredients besides tonic, finestrain into glass with ice and top up with sparkling water
GLASSWARE: highball glass
ICE: cubed ice
GARNISH: a slice of cucumber and a basil spring on top
PAIRS IN PEARS
INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Nykur
- ¼ pear
- 20 ml vanilla syrup
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
GLASS: Tumbler
GARNISH: Long pear slice
METHOD: Muddle pear in base of shaker, add other ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into ice-filled glass
NYKUR LIGHTS
INGREDIENTS:
- 40ml Nykur
- 10 ml Ameretto
- 35 ml rhubarb juice
- 25 ml bergamotte
GLASS: Coupe
GARNISH: Dehydrated Bergamotte
METHOD: Shake all ingredients with and strain into chilled coupe glass
TIPSY BRUNCH
INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Nykur
- 30 ml coffee syrup
- 30 ml aquafaba
- 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon
GLASS: Italian Tumbler
GARNISH: None, (grated chocolate (optional))
METHOD: Add all ingredients in shaker, dry shake, shake, and strain into chilled glass
NYKURTINI
INGREDIENTS:
- 40 ml Nykur
- 20 ml sweet vermouth
- 2 dash chocolate bitters
GLASS: Short martini
GARNISH: Lemon Peel
METHOD: Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass
MOUNTAIN TICKLER
INGREDIENTS:
- 60 ml Nykur
- pink grape soda
- lemongrass
GLASS: Long Highball
GARNISH: Pink Grapefruit Slice, Lemongrass Pipe
METHOD: Coat inside off glass with lemongrass and then build the rest of the ingredients in ice-filled glass, stir and serve
FAROE MULE
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml Nykur
- 100 ml ginger beer, mint
- 10 ml honey
- 10 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
GLASS: Mule Cup, Tankard
GARNISH: 3-4 Mint Sprigs and Dehydrated Lime
METHOD: In the mule cup, gently muddle mint and add all other ingredients
FROM FREYA WITH LOVE
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml Nykur
- 5 basil leaves
- 1 pod red currant
- 10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25 ml sugar syrup
GLASS: Short tumbler
GARNISH: Basil Leaf and Red Currant Pod
METHOD: Muddle basil and red currant in base of shaker, add other ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into ice-filled glass
DARK SEA
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml Nykur
- 20 ml liquorice syrup
- pinch sea salt (or 5 ml saline solution)
- 5 strawberries
GLASS: Stemmed Coupe
GARNISH: ½ Strawberry on rim
METHOD: Muddle strawberries in base of shaker, add other ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into ice-filled glass
A.O.C. (Apple, Orange, Cherry)
INGREDIENTS:
- 35 ml Nykur
- 15 ml Nordic organic
- orange liquor
- 35 ml freshly squeezed green apple juice
GLASS: Stemmed Martini
GARNISH: Maraschino cherry
METHOD: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled coupe glass
BUCKTHORN DELIGHT
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml Nykur
- 30 ml sea buckthorn purée
- 4 thyme stems
- 15 ml elderflower cordial
GLASS: DOF
GARNISH: Stems of Thyme
METHOD: Muddle thyme in base of shaker, add other ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into ice-filled glass
MIDNIGHT SUN
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 ml Nykur
- 1 slice of watermelon
- 3 cm cucumber
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 25 ml sugar syrup
GLASS: Large tulip
GARNISH: Cucumber Peel
METHOD: Muddle watermelon and cucumber in base of shaker, add other ingredients and shake with ice, double strain into ice-filled glass
NORDIC ROOT
INGREDIENTS:
- 30 ml Nykur
- sparkling water
- fresh cut red carrots and rosemary
GLASS: Stemmed Tumbler
GARNISH: Rosemary and Carrot slices
METHOD: Stir all ingredients in ice-filled glass
